DESCRIPTION: Darcy is a headstrong young girl from Coumarine City in the Kalos region. She has a red-hot determination to become a Pokémon Trainer and defeat Diantha, the Champion of the Kalos League. However, because she is so determined, sometimes she misses the bigger picture, and can end up getting herself and others into more trouble than she can handle.
When she wished to become a Pokémon Trainer after turning 11, much to her surprise, she was asked to fly out all the way over to Santalune City where another Trainer would be starting her journey as well. From there, she met her new friend and travelling companion Elise, and also chose her first Pokémon; a Chespin she nicknamed "Cheesy", after its love for cream cheese-flavoured Poké Puffs.
