Description
This card has the following Effect:
During each player's Standby Phase, place 1 Time Counter on this card. Once per turn, you can remove any number of Time Counters from this card; then, activate one of the following effects depending on the number of counters removed:
1 Time Counter: Draw 1 card.
2 Time Counters: Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower monster from your hand.
3 Time Counters: Target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; negate its effects until the end of this turn.
4 Time Counters: Shuffle up to 3 cards from your opponent's graveyard into their deck.
5 Time Counters: Destroy 1 card on the field.
