Ummmm I sketched out a pose then, above it, created a new layer and set it to the one, in SAI, that's kinda like multiply but stronger (fff it has a really weird name on my SAI and not all versions have it.. so if you don't, I'd just use multiply) and then I pretty much used the brush tool and painted everything.
Once I was done I ran it through photoshop to edit the colors and such. :3
