Uniform for the HLC Academy of
I'm re-uploading this here so I can delete my other account.

The colors of the uniform has changed to this, where the grey of the guy's under shirt can either come in that color or white.

I'll make a nice, clean version of this soon. (That's why I'm putting this in scraps.)

The uniform restrictions are pretty loose. You can edit just about anything you want so long as the colors stay pretty much the same and the most basic, basic of designs are there. (We want to recognize that it is still the uniform underneath all the changes/add-ons.)
The tie/bow is option and can be changed to whatever.
