It is very important to read all of what is written below before you consider bidding / or buying this adoptable.

I designed her orginally to be a sub sona but soon lost interest in her. BUT by no means does this mean that she lacks any value to me. There for below will be a list of both regulations / policies upon adopting her.

1. Once purchased you can NOT resell her within a 78 hour time span.
> If a resell is to take place please, contact me first so I may buy her back if I choose to.
> When reselling you may NOT sell her above the price you bought her for. For example. If you bought her for 16 you resell her for 16.

2. Upon purchase you are allowed to change her name etc, for she is yours.

3. She is not a breedable please do not treat her as such and make adoptable batches that are heavily " Breeding" Based.

4. Because I say you won the bid does not mean she is yours . The top bidder has 24 hours to send the money before their bid becomes invalid. Once the bid is invalid she goes right back to being purchasable by the public. Aka bidding for her may begin again.

5. I - As the creator, Orginal Artist and seller have every right to cancle the auction when ever I see fit. If I decide I don't want to sell her I have every right to take her down. If you gotten to this point please post Rayne is Potate before your bid.

6. Co-Owning is a very touchy subject. I would prefer it if none who bid for her take up co-owning. It will both make things complicated and possibly troublsome if the other owner who will be co-owning does not know OR follow the terms.

7. If any of the terms above are broken I have every right to take her back. For the listing above are the terms you are purchasing her under.

Yes I know I'm a stickler about this , but I've been burned too many times in the past. People would buy a 10$ design and turn around not even an hour later and try selling it for 50$+. All of the above are very simple to follow. But if you believe you are unnable to abide by the policies listed then this is not the adopt for you.

Upon valid purchase you will be getting a high rez version of the image above with out the bid mark.

My stamp MUST stay on the ref and all credit must be given to me for her design.
Because you bought her does not mean you are the orginal creator of her and should not be treated as such.
I love seeing art of things I design so please, feel free to share any work you get done of her to me if such happens.
