thats awesome! All i have is an intuos4 medium.. but im planning on upgrading to a cintiq as soon as i can collect 2000 dollars.. ha. ill ask you since you have one, is it worth the money?

well the Cintiq won't make you a better aritst-
it WILL however put a smile on your face when you use it haha
is it worth the money? that depends on how much 2000$ is to you.
for me it has paid itself off, since I use it for work...
if this was just a fun hobby...I'm not sure I could justify it

I agree Joe. My school has several Cintiqs and I love them to death. They are worth every penny. And you are right, it is only a tool and won't improve your skill set. Just have to keep working at it and watch and learn from awesome artist like Joe here and many more.

2000$ is alot of money, for anyone really, but Im going to school right now for video game art, and am already building my portfolio for game companies. I don't like the tablet i have. Im used to it, but still slip up sometimes. It would be so much easier to see what im doing while im doing it you know?
