"Whew!" Cathy said to herself, when she had finally completed her workout. "That was intense!"

Cathy usually preferred to exercise using her own body, since it made her thin enough to move lightly without excessive bouncing and meant she didn't have to worry as much about her appearance. Still, she was pleased to look at her reflection, in her purple sports bra, and find herself reasonably attractive. Then, she noticed her clock on the wall.

"Shit! I'm gonna be late!" she yelled aloud. "Dammit, I don't have much time to get ready! Now who is it tonight? Dean? Jack? no--yes--no--yes, right, Jack!"

She looked in the mirror and flashed a winning smile, as she concentrated on assuming the form she'd taken the last time she'd gone out with Jack: slim, a little slimmer than her usual self in fact, with straight, light brown hair (a few shades darker than her normal blond), dark eyes, and massive, round breasts that filled out the lacy black bra she'd shifted her sports apparel into.

"Mmm, that feels better every time I do it," Cathy said to herself, her voice now deeper, breathier, more sensual and with a hint of an accent, too faint to place anywhere outside of somewhere in Central or Western Europe. She picked up her phone and called her date. "Hi there, it's Ca-Cassandra" (can't believe I almost forgot the name I gave this body! she thought sheepishly) "I'm running a little late, but I will be ready to meet you in...yes, half an hour...I'm looking forward to it too...see you soon!"

She looked back at herself in the mirror, more than satisfied with what she saw. "Very nice...now, what will I wear?"
