Another Sketch for a place i have had in mind for my imaginary world, that has a backstory to its name.

Little Nicky

Is one of the dodgy districts in the city of Ramsusville where Jowy and his friends live.

It never used to be like this, decades ago it was a humble black and white town populated by The Toons. One Toon called Little Nicky had a dream about turning the town in a prosperous entertainment hub and so he built Nicky co film studios a place where Toons would create films to entrain the masses. Little Nicky began so popular and loved by his people that he was made mayor of the town (which was named after him) and continued to expand Nicky co studios changing the small town in to a movie making metropolis .Everything seemed to be running smoothly for Little Nicky.

Over time the world switched to digital film making and the demand for black and white films began to die down causing the town to lose some of its sparkle and encourage outside developers to buy the studio for their own greedy plans. One such developer was The Monkey family a powerful business /crime syndicate who wanted to buy the studio to build their new improved banana factory. Mayor Nicky refused to hand over his homes lively hood to the family. This response did not please them, and a fierce war between the two different groups broke out resulting in many toons leaving or rebelling against Mayor Nicky’s leader ship. One fatal night the Monkey family had had enough of waiting and burned down half the town and the studio. Mayor Nicky around this point had fled the town with tons of money and never came back. With no mayor the town became the ownership of the Monkey Family / Mafia who over time changed the animated movie making hub in to a twisted and dark crime driven haven, That is still under the families control with hardy any of the original toons left.

The only reason people and tourists come to Little Nicky nowadays is to marvel at the unique yet distorted animated architecture and go to the last few remaining theatres in the neighbourhood.
