Description
Log 1: Seemingly, there appears to be more refugees than expected from the Coastal Massacre. Considering that we cannot further expand our facilities to take in these individuals, which could expose secrets that.....would have dire consequences toward public eyes. Our best option would be making new secret facilities, in places such as [R E D A C T E D], which although could take some time and millions of Pokedollars, it's apparently our best option to make sure no one notices anything out the ordinary, especially those new 'toys' that Professor Grey brought back under the request of HQ.Log 2: Dr. Carlos present, so far we've been making new progress of getting to understand these Coastal Eevee's biology. Their metabolism rate is impressively, extremely fast, capable of immediately altering their biology and shape to adapt to their environment, whether they want to or not. Even after birth, they will grow rapidly, twice the size of their original counterpart. Their genetics and DNA are much, much more unstable than that of a regular Eevee, which explains all of these. Moving on, surprisingly they are capable of speech, even in birth...... wished I had that. Anyways, their furs are extremely soft, smooth, even fluffy. Although we suspect that it has something to do with their unstable genetics, we're still unsure about their fur growth rate, some would stunt, grow moderately until a point or just grow out excessively. Besides, we are also noticing a pattern between these fur growth and their host's personality, maybe it has something to do with that. We should really get them a barber for crying out loud.
Log 3: So far, we've made new discoveries. Kind off. We've noticed a certain star-like protrusion from their head, well, for the males that is. The females also have them, except in the form of a heart. Unfortunately, they are of no use once they drop off other than being a gender indicator or whatever you call them. Their tail pattern isn't similar to that of an Eevee's, neither sharp edges or a flower pattern. They are compact and long too, either drecreasing or incresing in dry mass. Perhaps it's due to their rapidly changing genetics adapting. Speaking of it, they also varied in size, which acts like a sort of timer on when they'll evolve. Once they fall off(naturally), their evolution process will commence. The larger the protrusion, the faster they'll evolve. Besides that, parts such as the tail will slowly morph into that of one of the Eeveelutions'. However, we don't have enough data for this. Despite on how fast they can evolve, we've learnt that they have a signature move, which would be riding on a large star that was manifested out of nowhere, either for transport or as a physical attack towards an foe, in the form of a crash. It almost works like the move Swift, which has pinpoint accuracy. Except this time, the Eevee guides the star while mounting it. For now, I'll just nickname it as Dreamwalker, even though it makes no sense whatsoever(Surely my coworkers will think of a better name option). It's not really accurate, with the average hit rate being 55%, hinting that it's just used for transportation mainly. But it has about the same power output as the move 'Last Resort'. We've learnt that if it hits the target, the Eevee will be slightly quicker reflex wise, able to dodge attacks easier(besides, their backflip before landing on the ground is quite impressive for a few years old Eevee). If it fails, the Eevee will be inflicted with recoil, in a more severe way-.......What now? ...... Alright, I'll have to end today's report, signing off.
