The most important piece of information is missing from this: he's not as edgy as he looks. ;^) (He also doesn't wear that all the time, I just wanted to show the chestplate...)

Finally managed to make my first ever ref sheet. I did the face so many times and it still doesn't look right but everything else is ok. x___x

I don't want to write too much about the story but if you're confused about the age here's the reason: Xenos was cloned and constructed over 30 (Earth) years and all basic information was uploaded into his head during that time. He's mentally and physically 30 years old but was woken up very recently. Note, that Quintons can live up to a few thousand years, if they're lucky, so Xenos is still very young (but definitely an adult). He was built on a top secret space station so he's officially not a resident of either Trisnova or Helipex.
