Neither Sarah Stone who is working as IDW illustrator nor Mairghread Scott (the writer) is the owner of Windblade.
Windblade is owned by Hasbro toys Enterprises, Inc.
Nether less it is worth to remember that she was first introduced by writing of James Roberts and John Barber in pencilwork of Atilio Rojo during Dark Cybertron run.

Windblade looks beautiful yet powerful here! I love how she's very much inspired by her IDW design yet you manaed to make this feel different enough to not be a clone.
