Description
This is my latest 3d effort, its a portrait of Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow. It was created using 3dsmax, Zbrush and photoshop. I really wanted to achieve a good likeness. So, I put a lot of time and effort into the structure of the model as well as the details, like the textures, shaders, and the hair.Let me know what you think!

whoa, is this really a 3D model? Or did you do the rough model in 3dsmax and do the details in Zbrush and photoshop? (I'm still very much a traditional artist... just getting on the digital bandwagon)

You have done an amazing job - the beads look so real you could almost touch them. His hair looks so real - I admire people who can do hair so well. His hat looks like leather and his skin tone and texture are so real. Well done!
