Here's another new painting!I did this one yesterday, it probably took about 6-8 hours total to complete. This one was done in Photoshop and Corel Painter.

I like the use of something closer to the John Romita Sr. style eyes and web-pattern. I also like that his colors are still bold even though he's in darkness. Great job!

The colours are so lovely! They are so clear and I don't know why, but your drawing looks very clear and clean. No unidentified parts or anything, and I just love that.
I realized that you used different tools to draw the buildings and Spiderman. On Spiderman we can see less softness, like for example on the shadows. This makes Spiderman come out of the background, it gives a kind of 3D effect and a more realistic feeling. I love the ropes (webs?), they also give a 3 dimensional effect, the size, being large at the front and small at the back, is really well done.
The white light on spiderman gives out a mysterious atmosphere, and you did this in succes.

great job! send it to marvel and get a job:> i don't like all the webbing, but i like the way you drew it, especially the darker parts (very good detail). and to think you did it all in 6h-8h.. i wouldn't have done it even if i had a lifetime to spare. congratulations, it's really awesome. and i really mean it, send them that stuff. it's much better than some artists we're getting nowadays

that is simply amazing, any pointers on how i cna do work like that? i have photoshop cs2, and am quite familliar with the layout, and i am also fairly familiar with a pencil, but i cna never seem to get the feeling that i want when i put them together. i love your style, and pointers?

Wow man... that's sooo excellent. Hey, can you tell me how you colorise it like that? I have PhotoShop myself and I wish to begin with digital painting. But I have no clue. I want to be able to create pics such as those myself. Perhaps you could give some advice?

Perfect pose for Spider-Man. I thought the webbing was a little too thick and didn't really look like Spidey had shot it himself. And of course it's in some impossible loop-de-loop covering a lot of the space, but hey, that's the nature of the comic book pin-up. Exemplary.

See, now this is awesome. Although Spidey can be such a bright character, his design works so great in darker settings. Especially like the smaller eyes on him. Works real well.
