i have to admit, as much mixed hype the movie is getting, i got the comic series, and I've watched up to chapter 11.
So far, IT'S AWESOME. I highly recommend it, dorky fanboy, or just a low-brow comic reader.

I LOVE WATCHMEN! I loved the graphic novel, and I was soooo excited to see the movie. You know, a lot of people were afraid of Zack Snyder doing it because of how shallow and sort of action-based instead of story-based 300 was. But honestly, that problem was entirely the fault of the source material. And Zack Snyder was totally faithful to the source material. So I had no worries. AND I WAS RIGHT! THE MOVIE WAS FUCKING AMAZING!
