Seweral years after Hex maneged to get complite data about Morphing Mechamorphs, he managed to create an prototype of his own Multiform mech. Unfortunatly, his work was stoped by JR-05849, who was now traweling the multiverse and learned of what hex was planing. During thier fight Slayer maneged to electrocut Hex, but instead of dieing his body started to shift in forms. This was caused by remains of Nano-tech mutagen in his body, which reactivated wile being electrocuted. In his curent torment Hex ended going strait to one of his prototypes. To end this fight once an for all, JR-05849 shooted clamps that were holding prototype, forcing it to fall on Hex. Unfortunatly Hex didn't get crushed by his mech, instead he ended merging whith it. That how hex become mutiformer.
