The Flash☠DayWarrior
Wind rustling the brittle leaves,
Littering the ground.
Picked up,
Fleeing far away.
The air is cold,
And lifeless.
Desaturate of color,
Obliterated of light.
The distance rumbles,
As everything crumbles.
Staring into the sky,
As the final star vanishes
A sonic boom blows by,
Clearing away burnt trees.
Knocked down in the street,
Covered with ashen remains.
Reaching into the air,
A fireball engulfs.
Fire expands outwards,
A second nuclear detonation.
What has man become,
Resorting to destructive measures?
Outward the fire expands,
Too fast to run.
Quickly the fire warms,
And then a flash.
Followed by darkness.
