Fancy Dan: The financial advisor basically, he is the one who checks to make sure they get paid the amount that they are promised.

They work for Tombstone and are sent to go after Spider-Man.

After their first encounter, they become utterly embarrassed, as they always get the job done.

Tombstone gives them one more chance, and Spider-Man gets kidnapped by them. They duke it out somewhere out in upstate New York. Spider-Man beats them and ends up hitchhiking back to Queens.
