Description
An experiment in procedural modelling and texturing. I used Mark Kingsnorth's Shipwright to find a basic ship shape, which ended up looking rather Cardassian. Some additional modelling was done to clean up the Shipwright model and add in additional details. Shipwright does some funky stuff when it converts metaballs to mesh. If I wanted to do a hero ship I'd remodel the whole thing from scratch. But for a quick background ship, it does a good job.
