The "Archons" are inhabitants of the spectral realm or world of spirits, acting as native predators of their environment. The "Archons" devour lost souls like sharks that levitate as menacing opportunists on the prowl. (Some souls manage to escape from this purgatory.) ✨
Using their agility, the "Archons" can attack other spectral intruders (Raziel) from a distance, draining their vital energy unless they break the connection to defend themselves, being used as agents of the ancient god, the "Archons" share the same agenda as their master to weaken the magical barrier of the pillars and conquer the physical world of “Nosgoth”. 🐙
The term "Archon" comes from the Greek and means "Ruler" however its deeper etymology in Gnosticism refers to evil entities that imprison souls in the material world. (A conceptual reference for the 3 different subtle planes of "Nosgoth" being known as: the material realm, spectral realm and demonic realm, heaven may exist but has no mention of the souls that are trapped.)
