Millions of years ago a dangerous Sorceress came from another dimension to threaten the balance of the galaxy with her dark witchcraft, self-proclaimed as the goddess of madness the infamous "Vertigo" was close to ruling her new kingdom at will until the day they challenged her power.
A powerful magician called "Balsafas" had foreseen the danger that "Vertigo" represented as a future catastrophe so she decided to intervene to stop it. The magical battle between the magician and the sorceress shook all dimensions and neither gave in to their rival; Unable to directly kill the goddess of madness, "Balsafas" used her last reserve of power in a counter spell that trapped and banished "Vertigo" on the Moon where she would be imprisoned for eternity.
With her enemy sealed, "Balsafas" believed that she had stopped the apocalypse but a terrible vision haunted her as she observed how in the distant future "Vertigo" would get her freedom to unleash a new endless war; Desperate for a futile effort "Balsafas" made a plea for peace. It is not known what happened to the magician but it is presumed that she died with great regret.
Opinion: "Vertigo" besides being a sorceress and goddess of madness is described as a Dino-beast with mystical abilities that can petrify any rebellion, its appearance is of a blue cobra combined with a theropod dinosaur body (classifying its species as a "Cobrasaur Etraasia"), his attitude is destructive and chaotic like the lunar influence that awakened the rest of the primitive gods from their lethargy with the impact of a meteorite that transformed the "Earth" into the world of "Urth"; With the awakening of "Vertigo" primitive humanity is under the condemnation of mental and dimensional torture.
