Ah yes. This is 1987 Ryu. Back when he looked like a 14 year old kid with red hair and red slippers. This is a nice little homage to what Ryu used to be back in the day.

This outfit is based on Ryu's appearance in the very first Street Fighter game;
(Arcade & PC Engine/Turbo CD) where figuring out how to perform a Shoryuken
or Hadouken was reserved for only the best players.
