This is a protest emblem signifying the destruction of the Pc games Star Fleet Command 1, Star Fleet Command 2 and Star Fleet Command: Orion Pirates as 100% pure Trek due to simple association with the tabletop game Star Fleet Battles since they were "loosly based" on the tabletaop game. But since Star Fleet Battles itself is illigitimized by the information presented here:boardgamegeek.com/thread/30228…
...it means those Pc games were also unfortunatly illegitimatized as Star Trek products, meaning they're impure. It is meant for gamers who were only interested in those video games but who weren't players of the tabletop game Star Fleet Battles for whatever reason.
