Very nice... you should add this under photo?minimalistic. it would go perfect there... it is a very abstract photo. if you didn't say this is an engine, i would never imagine what it was!

This is wonderful.
Too bad you don't have "tilt" capability on your lense it would be interesting to see the first several ridges in clear focus.

From the thumbnail its hard to see what this is, but in full very it looks quite amazing... the repetition in the distance and the clarity of the focus point make this a great shot!
Oh and I like the framing, keeps it mysterious
