Drew this back in like August, but I completely forgot to upload it back then.
But this is inspired by the scene in the Adventures of Badou episode, "Jake and the big book", and it began with Babar telling the kids a story about how Cornelius saved him from flood waters, but they landed in a nasty thorn bush.
While I draw Cornelius covered in scars, sometimes I struggle for the stories behind each one, except the one on his nose, that was from a childhood accident. I felt like the scar on his left elbow would be proof of the thorn bush story. Those thorns looked mighty sharp. Babar also has a small one from the story, but it's barely noticeable now.
