Here I design Meat the Dog from The Shnookums and Meat Funny Cartoon Show. This was a cartoon that Disney Television Animation made in 1995. But unfortunately the show was very badly criticized for having a humor that insulted the classic cartoons, annoying and stupid characters, and also for rip-off at one-hundred percent the Ren and Stimpy Show, and only count with thirteen episodes.
