Context: After Barglen Empire (BE) gave up in CWOL 1, Kanian's government said they wouldn't change flag even though they said that they would 6 years before. After 24 years, Kanian's economy had a big crash, after the crash 2 states became independent, they were called Estarkia and Lerbong. After the separation, what was left of Kanian became Kanian Republic(KR), which had to change flag because of demand from the newly independent states.
