then there's tomokazu of course, everyone's already seen that.
and the big picture of sakura has her hitai-ate on her forehead, even though its normally on top like a headband...maybe its to hide her green jewel thing. but in the picture with her wearing a cloak, she doesn't wear her headband at all. so why is she wearing it in the other picture?
And Deidara and the creepy necklace and earrings...behind her neck in the picture of sakura crying is that blood? cuz its red. does she die?

Well...okay. I've read this trilogy, but...eh. I shall pick out some. First of all, Sakura is wearing these red earrings and a necklace that looks like Itachi's. In another one, it looks like Sakura is a little frustrated with Itachi...maybe he's been a little too pushy or something. It's an "M" rated fan fic, so we can only guess what he's going after. XD
...Does Tomokazu come back? He's in that picture...and I know he's dead, but...eh. Also, I already know she's wearing one of those cool ninja shirts that is also that same styles as Itachi's, and she has a green triangle on her forehead just like Tsunade's. Also, she's crying, and Deidara is in there. Obviously, I know that Sakura is having a real struggle with things with that bitch goin' around and pretending to be her, so everyone was accusing Sakura. And something with Deidara is gonna go on...
...I don't know. It really all depends on whether or not you meant spoilers as in stuff that the author hasn't written into a chapter yet, or stuff that's already happened in the series.

The green eye is the girl that Tomokazu supposedly killed to become the last of her clan! And it makes sense because Leader-sama said she was pissed at the shinobi world and wanted to destory it basically. It could be that the girl is pissed Sakura killed(even though it was Itachi) Tomokazu and is now out for revenge against her! =] Oh, and the blue eye is Naruto. It's gotta be. He has a blond eye brown and the white thing next to his face reminds me of the Hokage hat/cap(WHATEVER!) Since Sakura also keeps her hitai-ate tied around her forehead(right?) she hids the jew that Tsunade also uses, which would make sense because Sakura was her apprentice and knows all(most all) of Tsunade's jutsu. And I'm going with that someone important dies because Sakura is crying. And just because I'm a dreamer Itachi finally admits his love to Sakura! =].
And just for the record...You are AMAZING at drawing Sakura! She is so hott the way you draw her!
