I like the high saturation color you put in the lineart, it really warms up the scene. The hair composition is pretty well balanced, satisfying.
About the whistle, I think it has a lot of movement, and there is no other element following this movement, such as the liquid in the cup or the hair, it seems like the whistle is floating , you know? only a small detail, though. and something about her butt doesn't fell right.
Despite the minor flaws i like it a lot. Keep up with the good work.
