I decided to redraw his design since I wasn't that happy with how it originally came out so here's his new design.

anyway here's his backstory
Keegan was an ordinary Kid He attended classes Friedkin University With his now ex Girlfriend Arina While there he Had been dared to Go into the woods By her and some friends Upon entering the woods he had found A Garage full of discarded alien tech as He rummaged through it he had found a plumber's badge with a recording on it on that recording was a message from his father revealing he was actually half Alien His Mother had this from him as his species The Zarrofian's are known And violent Hunters upon learning this he Realized why he was so different then everyone he Moved Back his hair for a moment uncovering His Other Eye Which was black with a red iris He Always had hated This part of himself As he continued rummaging through the tech He had found a prototype For An attempted copy of the Omnitrix Which he then Used to create his own Omnitrix.
