It one of the trash part from the mechanic machine of the trio of Team Rocket in the Pokemon DP anime where there "Mechabot" was destroyed it, but Team Rocket K two crew and admin collect all the damaged machine part and its uses metallic to rebuild it and use for there own "Mechbot" and it has a cockpit to pilot this robot and it the same size as "Team Rocket trio" Mecha-bot...The Mechabot of Team Rocket trio was completely destroyed until they were dfeated by Ash Ketchum and the other gang in the Pokemon anime DP season ,, though it can be feature in cameo and battle against Pokemon trainer when they will catch the pokemon creatures..
