Description
So.Finally after many hours of work, it's submitable
There's still many mistakes but I'm just too much tired to continue...
I've learnt a lot about pixelising, and it was pretty fun
I'm used to make big comments, but there won't be much more comment about this one, I still have a test to prepare for tomorrow
Time spent: 15h, surely more.
Frames: 24without the cactus. 190 (something like that with it)

I seriously said "whoa" when I saw this. Great concept, obviously, and you had pretty great execution too. I particularly love the little emotes jumping up and down on the drums, and how the one on top stares straight at you for a moment. Too cute.
The only little thing I found to be off was that the rowing emotes on the far side both row together, while the ones closer row at different times. Just a little nit pick, though. You've obviously put a lot of work into this, and it shows. Well done! My favorite emote in a while.

That cactus made me laugh for some unknown reason

And you said in your artsist's comments that there are many mistakes so I began to search for them
I found one. ONE.
Which is amazing for such a huge animation

You want to know the mistakes ?
First, the oars look weird. When you get into a liquidor sand, there's a moment where you see only half of the oar. But wtf, here it's disappearing just like that :blank:
And I wanted to make them look quick but I failed, so used a slow movement
Then, look at the cactus, he is supposed to be in the sand. Here he is just floating on it. No shadows on the floor, no kind of thingies in the sand like a little hill (can't find the correct word 
Oh, and the oars are making some weird things on the sand which aren't exactly what it should do compared to their movement.
(and at the back of the boat, the pixelising of theses things are totally weird!)
And I've just noticed that the front left oar guy isn't moving the same way the oar is moving O.O (that's the only point I didn't change not because of my laziness :/)
Finally to show a better move of the boat , I could do as the guys in Olympics games (the boat does like a slide on the vidéo from left to right).

The thing with the oars doesn't look so weird, doesn't bother me
The cactus
I'm pretty sure the cactus is not moving. It's the boat, no matter how hard I try to make the cactus move in my head. It does look like it's floating above the ground though
I noticed that the oars make weird lines in the sand. The only thing I noticed myself
AND WTF THE HANDS. I'm not even going to wonder how I didn't notice that
It looks like the guy's doing some magic with the oars or something.

When I wrote it I knew that it would be hard to understand
When I made the animation, I had to move the cactus only, not the boat, so the impression that the cactus is moving, and not the boat may be from this.
(but I prefer your interpretation

Hey your preview, would you mind putting up a tutorial on making an animated preview from your actual piece? i tried it today but didnt know how as you can see from my "giant tard glomp"

So.
You have to go to : Images > Size of the working zone (Dunno the correct translation).
Resize it as you want. (150*150 is the max size for a preview)
Then, select your first frame, then pressing 'shift' (to be able to select all your frames).
It will keep the animation movement only if all the frames are selected.
And finally, move around your layers where you want.
