Basically, Jessie lost a bet to Barbie, and so Barbie works her magic on her!! And maybe get a certain space ranger's attention... *wink* *wink*

We wanted to keep the same design concept for Jessie, but I made her seem more styled up by giving her more of a "feminine" look.
We love Toy Story, this was a really fun request, and I hope JBlaser likes it as well!!
