this was a 15 min painter sketch for my light color and design final..the theme was "inside out" and i was going to have the lion tamer's head visible inside the tigers mouth (eaten!) so it would be a double inside out thing, tiger tamer inside, tiger outside, tiger inside cage, crowd outside...but i dunno :\Related content

The brush strokes in this picture are really cool. They make the sketch vibrate and resonate with motion. They really bring the tiger to life. Inside out or not, this is a great sketch.

From the thumbnail view this looked like a photo at first.... I think you made both light and color your bitch.
The head thing would have been fun. Maybe I'll take a copy of this and paste my own grinning mug into its mouth.

oh i LOVE this. i cant believe it was done digitally. the strokes are so perfectly placed to form the image. colors- LOVELY - the real version of circus colors instead of overdramatized primaries. great concept too.
