6. The Courtyard Arena
This paddock is mainly used for more fancy occasions such as shows and presentations. But is used at times to walk the horses. Especially used for the thoroughbreds in the morning.

7. The Hangar

8. The Breeding Barn
A barn with high roof level and open spaces. There is six stalls measuring 13 m2 to give the mares and foals loads of room to move around in. All stalls have at least access to 2 windows in comparison to the mandatory stalls which only offers one window. Here we find two showers, one tack room and one food storage room. We can also find a minor office in here.
In this stable is a surveillance camera broadcasting to a monitor at the office so that someone always is observing the horses, especially during labouring.

9. The Covering Barn
Rosendal has a private barn, which reminds of a indoor arena in a smaller format with sand surface and with the walls padded in green foam rubber in purpose to avoid horses getting hurt during breeding.
Rosendal only accepts natural breeding but has at one time used frozen semen.
All breeding is observed.

10. The Mechanical Walker

12. The Laying Hall
This is Rosendal’s laying hall which is a open building without stalls where several horses are allowed to walk together indoors on a dirt surface. This is mostly used for the yearlings. The building has no problem to contain up to 20 horses, but we mostly doesn’t reach that number. Most often there isn’t more than six horses tops in it at the same time. The building has three openings which is sealed with a iron gate. This gives the horses access to look out and always have free access to the open air.

13. The Parking Lot

20. The Outdoor Arena
This is used on a daily basis and serves up to thirty to forty horses a day, depending on the weather. The arena measures 80x30m and can easily be divided with bars on the ground to make separate areas to work on. The surface is based on a cross mix, mixed up with sand for extra support for the horses during training.

21. The Lead Loop
This is the lead loop where the horses is being lead at times when the mechanical walker is full. This is also used as a parking place for trucks when loading horses from the stables. Trucks aren’t allowed on the courtyard, so it is out here where we load and unload horses.

22. The Racing Track
The track can offer races from 300 up to 3600 meters on a dirt track. The grand stand can contain 3-4000 spectators and even more if standing by the rail of the track. Inside the track is a huge grass arena where shows is hold such as dressage, show jumping and other possible events.
