Description
Anju is the woman who breeds that most fearful of fowl, the Cucco, in Ocarina of Time. Talon seems to do a better job, by virtue of not being allergic to them, but then again it's his farm hand Ingo who does all the work.In Majora's Mask she's the woman who entrusts you with a letter to her beloved Kafei, a letter which many players will have promptly given to a mysterious hand in need of toilet paper.
She also appears in the Minish Cap, but that game is hardly worth gushing about

I like the reference to Oracle of Ages.
Anju was better with Cuccos, and the only way I know this is that she never kept them in her house.
Needless to say, Anju was a good character.
Bowing is about all she ever did, wasn't it?
...perhaps she developed it from the cuccos.
