I gave them both tails since turtles have tails, and because male turtle's tails are more noticeble then females (they are larger)

I wanted to have there faces more turtle-y while still having human aspects to them as well, so I gave them a bit of cleft-ish snout and mouth, giving leo a cat like mouth since red ear sliders apear to have more cat like mouths (?) and I gave Raph a dint in his like a Snapping Turtle would

I also gave them eye colors since most of the time when I draw characters I give them eye colors, Raph's eye color is blue, (because I believe Splinter's Eyes where blue while he was human, and well Raph's got his DNA so why the heck not give him those eyes) and then Leo's eyes are red (I originally intended for him to have yellow eyes like a red eared slider does, I didn't like it though so next I though of giving him hetrochromia like Donnie, but I liked the idea of Donnie being the only one with Hetrochromia, so I noticed how nice red looked with his mask, thus I used that instead)
