I had to deal with that Wolfaboo myself when I posted a criticism of her "artwork" (And I use the term VERY loosely) and she (unsurprisingly) started whining and bitching.

Thankfully, no one has been so horrible to me that I had to go as far as blocking them. 
I highly doubt she's thirteen, more like eleven or younger (in which case, she has a pretty dirty mouth o_e). I mean, I'm thirteen and I can take criticism. :/ And if she is thirteen...
