Well... Technically, that's not true. The more accurate description is that there's only one Dagon; he's a Multiversal Singularity.

As such, after his death in Ben Prime's universe at the end of Ultimate Alien, he vanished entirely from all other planes of reality.

All that remains of him in the 77 Universe are artistic works depicting his visage, the Flame Keepers' Circle and Esoterica who worshipped him, Vilgax assuming his identity in order for the Flame Keepers' Circle to heal him and his spawn/kin; the entire Mondoá species (though most believe that last fact to be... Dubious at best).
