-Despite being a proficient magic user himself, Ultimate Euro is vulnerable to certain magical spells, such as those that seal away foes.
-Ultimate Euro's own hubris leads him to believe he's invincible, allowing opponents to catch him off guard.
-Ultimate Euro an be destroyed by a Chronosapien Time Bomb.
-Ultimate Euro can be destroyed by a Contemelia Annihilargh.
-Ultimate Euro still needs a 3D Existence to use a majority of his abilities, and if he's stuck in a 2D form, he will be unable to do so.
-Ultimate Euro can still be destroyed if he enters someone's mind and it's being fired upon by a Memory Erasing Gun.

Trivia:
-Unlike most Ultimates, Euro Atbash can achieve this form at will, even if the Sigmatrix were to lose the Forced Evolution feature.
--However, he can only do so when sufficiently enraged, making it somewhat impractical.
-Like most Ultimates, Euro's new form does get rid of several previous weaknesses in exchange for new powers, such as control over Anti-Matter in exchange for his eye no longer being a target for attack.
--On such a topic, Hyper-Evolved Geometrites are no longer prey to Celestialsapiens due to their heightened abilities. In fact, the tables have been reversed completely. Euro Atbash now can gain sustenance and energy by feeding on Celestialsapiens.
