Peacemaker / Christopher Smith - DCUS Agent / John Walker - Marvel
Connections:
- American based soldiers turned superheroes that started as super patriotic and will do everything to keep and preserve the peace whatever the length and means necessary but they eventually learned that going on extreme measures would be detrimental to their careers. They regret their mistakes and sees the flaws in their ways and wanted to seek redemption and become a superhero they can be proud of.
- Wanted to be seen as a symbol of Hope and Peace so they donned a bright color themed suits and has a symbol of their persona (Peacemaker's suit has a Blue, Red and White color scheme and a symbol of Dove on his chest / John Walker initially had taken the mantle of Captain America and even after he retired from it his new Mantle is still a symbol that represents his country). But they instead come off and seen as Jerks and Anti-Heroic. Even then deep down, their Desires and Intentions is to truly do good and fight crimes and protect the people.
- Their methods of actions and beliefs often leads them to clash with other heroes which puts them on a roles of anti-hero and borderline villainous.
- They have been subordinate and loyal to their Government but in the end they've been betrayed and they are only used as a tool for their agendas and would be dispatched the moment they have no more purpose to them.
- Had been a member and taken the role of a leader of a superhero / vigilante teams ( Suicide Squad and various Avengers teams).
- Both characters had starred and risen in popularity with live action shows of 2021 ( The Suicide Squad and Self-Titled Series / The Falcon and the Winter Soldier) which they have taken the role of anti-heroes and gotten a mixed reviews between the fans.
