What is the C.C.D-Regiment? Well, the C.C.D-Regiment, or Capture Control Deter Regiment, is a clandestine organization founded with one simple goal: the research of anomalous objects, entities and phenomenon. Working within it's own jurisdiction and loosely working with the world governments when the time calls for it, the Regiment has been keeping the public safe from unimaginable horrors since 1806 after being founded by a man named Caspian R. Wagner.
