I started with 16, because I did this doll for a contest that had a predefined palette.

I use the Adobe Fireworks to make my pixels. Sometimes I use PS, but for this one I've used the FW.

It's amazing what you guys can do with so few pixels, and colors. The precision in this works makes me stunned every time. Every single pixel must be in it's place. Gotta try it!!
