A fanart, of sorts, to YellowMask's "Ripples": [link]That'll take you to chapter 18, which is where this scenario is. I strongly recommend that you read from the beginning, though--not only because it's logical, but also because it's just that damn good.
I bet YM couldn't understand why I found the last line so epic, but if you had this visual in your head, you'd be unable to let it go, too.
And I don't really remember Sasuke's most recent costume. Stupid boy should just keep the same clothes. *grumble grumble shifty eyes*

I love Sasuke's expression in the beginning - so lofty and sure of himself! And I love Sakura's petrified 'sheer disbelief' look. And I love the punch (especially the little tooth flying out of his mouth - I'm just sadistic that way).
Well, I just love the whole thing. 'Cause we all know that's EXACTLY how it would have gone down if Sakura were there.
