Way back, long ago, there was a civilization of ponies being terrorized by dragons. The situation was detrimental until one day, a prophesy was sent by the Rainbow(their god) to a pony explorer, stating that there was a valley somewhere out over the hills, one that would bring safety from the dragons. All she had to do was find it.

Let me introduce you to that pony who received the prophesy and her best friend who went with her to discover the safe haven for all pony kind. North Star and Magic Star.

North Star’s a bit of a goof. She’s an adventurer at heart who can’t stand being in one place too long. She’s always gotta be finding new things, the more dangerous the better. Magic Star is much more down to earth, he’d honestly rather settle down and have a family in a quiet neighbourhood but that being said, he doesn’t mind carrying around a backpack in the most dangerous terrains if it’s for North Star.
