I know that there are some elements of Godzilla Awakening in Monarch Legacy of Monsters, but it could of featured a scene with Shaw recruiting Eiji Serizawa into Monarch.
Eiji is the father of Ishirō Serizawa from the Godzilla Monsterverse films. Eiji was partners with Lee Shaw in Godzilla Awakening.
