History: It is unclear where 'he' came from, or even what 'he' is at times. Made of flesh and... Metal, with floating broken chains that seem to be phasing in and out along with an odd collar around the neck. The head seem to be cover by 'armor', and not expose whatsoever... No, it doesn't come off. 'He' does not walk, but hovers and floats above the ground. 'He' can shapeshift his arms to become weapons or even just summon weapons.

Sword Mode - 'His' arms change physical into blades, allowing them to get up close and personal. The chains/scuffs around the wrists vanish to allow this.

Bow Mode - Unlike the sword form, the bow appears above the back of the hand [ left or right, doesn't matter] and arrows form from the other hand while doing the drawing back motion.

Gauntlet Mode - Like the Sword form, 'his' arms changes into large size gauntlets, the chains around the wrists vanishing for this mode as well.

Chains Mode - This is the summon mode. The chains around 'his' wrists will become fully physical and be wrapped around whatever 'he' summoned, mainly forming a collar around the neck of said summon. However, this mode allows for a teammate or someone else to wield 'him', as there is a chain and collar on him, the chain on the collar will become physical and tie to that person; Vesper cannot summon if 'he' is being wielded as a weapon, 'he' would only be allowed to do Sword, Bow or Gauntlet at this point.

There are rumors and theories that Vesper was born in unnatural means- for an egg, anyway, or that the egg might have been touched by something unknown before hatching.
