The Speed Demon is a chaotic demon of unknown origin that is so fast, people can hardly see him, since all they see is a blur of light green energy!

He was once a prisoner contained in the most advanced complex in the world containing the most notorious criminals, The Wall. But then, someone has released all of the prisoners, causing a prison riot! During the riot, some of the prisoners has escaped the Wall, including Speed Demon. Later, he joined a group of villains from Inkwell Hell and he has been wreaking havoc across Deviant City.
