I had a burning hatred for the previous base, sorry guys.

Rules:

This base can be used for adoptables/commissions, however they should only be priced 100/1$ at highest.
Do not claim this base as yours, refer to 4.
You can post it on any site if you do 4. and 6.
You can edit and add other bases parts unto this.
