First of all, I LOVE PrussiaXHungaryXAustria (basically the only straight couples I like in Hetalia
YAOI FTW) and I needed to practice my doujin skills, so (as our dear France would say,) VOILA!!I really want to eventually publish an actual fanbook, so I need to practice
If anyone has any information on how I could look into publishing one, please let me know!!

You should do a fanbook of some kind. This is really good! The greyscale looks cool, like a manga page, and I felt that Prussia was easily recognized.
