Penny unfortunately is naturally unstable and tends to slide around leaving slug trails of ink everywhere she goes, by absorbing her long droopy hair she is able to stable her body enough to create legs and hands.being the shy thing she is, she doesn't like others to see her eyes since they are unnatural compared to the normal black eyes, she also tends to slide into things due to not being able to see.
she does talk but very quietly, she likes to stay out of sight and watch from afar
(Bendy makes her laugh so she likes to follow him which annoys him )
